Since 2002, our largest program is an annual STEM conference for girls in grades 6-10, connecting 350-450 girls from around San Diego County with STEM professionals in the San Diego community. About Us

Welcome to Expanding Your Horizons (EYH) of San Diego! Our organization is dedicated to increasing the participation, retention, and advancement of girls and women in STEM fields. To achieve this goal our objectives include:

providing social, hands-on workshops and events led by professional scientists, engineers and researchers in our community
building role model relationships between middle and high school students, college mentors and working STEM professionals
increasing accessibility to STEM opportunities for girls in San Diego County by providing free workshops and events

Our programs are designed to follow the EYH girl along her path to a STEM career from middle school through her Undergraduate years!
